In the Gospels, most everything Jesus says with regard to the pursuit of our goals and finding our identity is antithetical to our natural reason. And this is especially true in the are of leadership. The method and means by which godly leadership is developed versus worldly leadership are quite different. Primarily, godly leadership looks far beyond the temporary and immediate emphasis of worldly values to the more far reaching and lasting emphasis based on God’s eternal perspectives. And these divine perspectives embrace EVERY AREA of leadership, from the home, to the work place in large corporations or small businesses, to government, to military, to education, to sports, etc. You name it, and God’s plan of development covers it!
